2023 Boy Cake Smashes

In 2023 we had some adorable little boys come visit for their 1st birthday photoshoots! Each of them celebrated their special day with their very own cake smash in our Rockville Maryland photography studio. I really enjoyed collaborating together with my clients to bring their vision to life. From color choice, to outfit suggestions, to props and backdrop ideas, we used my Prepped to Perfection guide to sort out each detail of their cake smash and make it the most memorable experience!

We can’t share all of the images we take throughout the year, but below are some highlights from this year’s boy cake smashes. So many precious babies stuffing their faces and playing in their surroundings! From baseball and bear themes, to classic balloon decor in all shades of blue, we had a blast creating these unique backdrops.
