Welcome Baby Session with newborn baby D | Shady Grove Hospital Photographer

I wanted to share a few images from a recent Welcome Baby Session. These sessions are so special. They offer the opportunity for you to receive beautiful, professional photos of those first few hours with you and your new baby. I started offering the Welcome Baby Session after the birth of my own son. One of the first things I did in the first two weeks after Cooper was born was print his hospital images and put them in an album. The images that I have of our family during those first few days are so special to me. I wanted to clearly remember him in the pink and blue striped hat, his super chubby cheeks, what he looked like in my arms and how I felt. I believe documenting this incredible time for yourself, your children and future generations of your family is so important. So whenever a family contacts me about a Welcome Baby session I get so excited for the opportunity to capture these images. The B family was no exception. I was thrilled and honored to be at the hospital with them during the first 48 hours after welcoming their baby girl. E, baby D's mom, has told me she is so thankful that she booked this session and will cherish the images. Here is just a peek at beautiful baby D, at just two days old, with her wonderful parents!
